A Step Closer To Figuring It Out


You learn what you want and what you don’t want.
You learn what you wouldn’t mind doing and what you’d absolutely detest doing.
And the reasons for why you want what you want becomes clearer and more articulated.

Every time you change your mind about what you want to do with your life, you get a step closer to figuring out what you want to do with your life.

Consistency Won’t Work


If you can walk one mile, surely you can walk two. And if you can walk two miles, surely you can walk three.

If you can get a C, surely you can get a B. And if you get a B, surely you can get an A.

If you can get one subscriber, surely you can get two. And if you can get two subscribers, surely you can get three.

And so on.

Once you’re at the second mile, the B grade or the second subscriber, you may feel stuck – you may feel like you can’t do more but, remember that you’ve done more before.

When stuck, don’t focus on consistency: focus on persistence instead. Because when you’re stuck, something needs to change – what worked before no longer works. Be persistent in this endeavor but only be consistent when the method is working because consistency won’t work if the method doesn’t.
